The total value of the Framework Agreement is expected to be approximately EUR 100 million excluding VAT four (4) years. This is based on the management reports fromthe current Framework Agreement and the forecast.

Based on the above, the estimated revenue per plot over 4 years is:

Lot 1. Strategic Interim Management EUR 36 million.

Lot 2. Tactical Interim Management EUR 36 million.
