Delivery of a qualitative follow-up study of ESENER-3 including the factors that are associated with an effective management of psychosocial risks with a specific focus on the approach(es) taken by the micro and small enterprises.
Main Site : Contractor`s premises.
The contractor will execute the following tasks:
— select the countries to be included in the study and provide descriptions of the national contexts,
— provide a study protocol to ensure that the data collected can be compared reliably,
— carry out the fieldwork,
— process, analyse and report the data collected.
