Supply of digital mammography and ultrasound to a newly built screening center in Zugdidi, Georgia

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of digital mammography and ultrasound specified in Attachment 1 of the ZD : "Technical Specification Public Procurement" - to Georgia for the sponsor organization CCancer Prevention Center. Digital mammography and ultrasound will be delivered and installed by the supplier in a newly built screening center in Zugdidi, Georgia. Part of the performance is also the preparation and implementation of training focused on servicing and maintaining the delivered medical equipment at the screening center in Zugdidi and providing service. The equipment and all accessories must complyt all technical requirements for placing it on the market and put into service according to the laws of the recipient country (Zakon on medical devices and Atomic Conclusion valid.)

The Contracting Authority requires proof of compliance with the conditions of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) and (2) and

The Contractor shall demonstrate compliance with this condition by submitting a valid business authorization - it is sufficient to submit for "Production, Trade and Service"I shall submit a copy of the Trade Register pursuant to Section 10 of the Commercial Code based on the Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing, in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "trade license"). paragraph 3 pism. (a) a trade license certifying the right to do business of a supplier corresponding to the subject of this public contract.If the supplier's country does not require a similar professional qualification as stated in this paragraph, the supplier does not need to submit the document required here and submit in this respect an affirmation stating whether it has caused the public contract to be fulfilled.
