The subject of the order" Maintenance of Microsoft (SQL, Visual Studio) licenses "includes:

1. Continue maintenance(Software Assurance) for 24 months for the following, available in NRA products:

- Microsoft SQL Server Standard Edition (Core-Based Licensing) - 26 licenses,

- Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition (Core-Based Licensing) - 4 pcs. licenses,

- Microsoft Visual Studio Pro with MSDN - 5 licenses.

2. Provide support by phone or e-mail to troubleshoot issues related to:

- crash atSQL Server functionality - response to 4 (four) hours after queried and indicating directions to restore the current state or state from archive,

SQL Server functionality,

Cyrillic settings for installations and current work.

For MS Visual Studio Professional it is required to:

- update product components,

- advice on problemswhen creating program modules based on the product,

Activation of the maintenance (Software Assurance) should be performed on 1.1.2019 if the contract for the procurement be signed before that date. If the contract is signed after this date, activation of the maintenance (Software Assurance)-shall be made within 2 (two) working days from the date of entry into force of the contract.

The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom there are, in addition to the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and those under Art. 55, para. 1, pp. 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA and when it is established that the participant is a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction or is controlled by suchthe company or any of the members of the grouping is a person registered or controlled by a registered company, unless there is an exception under Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as when identification andverification of the client's identification through the methods provided in the LMML and MIPD, incl. when the client is legal. face-to-face. persons who are its actual owners within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 5 of the MIPD, as well as those provided in Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. • The estimated value determined by the contracting authority is also the maximum admissible value of the public procurement. Assignmentthe Participant will withdraw from participation a bid whose bid exceeds the maximum permissible value set by the Contracting Authority in this notice
