Open procedure, divided into two batches, for the assignment of.

Oracle software and hardware maintenance services, and in particular: Oracle software maintenance:

a) Oracle software license maintenance service currently in use, including forniture of the major product release and software patches, as better specified in par. 3.2 of the technical specifications;

b) specialized technical support for unplanned or urgent developmental maintenance needs, as better specified in par. 3.3 of the technical specifications.

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture opalso in the register of the provincial commissions for the handicraft for activities coherent with those object of the present bidding procedure.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries of which to the art. 83, paragraph 3 of the code, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

Determination of contracting n. 123 of 21.6.2018. The person responsible for the proceeding, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 31 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, and the dott. Giuseppe Dell'Erba. The entire procedure is carried out electronically in accordance with Legislative Decree 50/2016 on the RAI purchasing portal https://www.portaleacquisti.rai.it (of-following ). On the portal, in the area dedicated to this procedure, the official tender documentation is available. Information and clarifications can be requested no later than 7.9.2018 23:59 hours, using the on-line RdO Messages area. The answers to the clarifications will be published on the portal. They are allowed to participate in this tender procedure, in compliance with the coprovisions in the tender documentation, all the economic operators referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for which there are no:

(i) the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

(ii) the conditions set forth in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

(iii) further bans to contract with the PA, all as specified in the tender documents. The Rto the subcontract and admitted to the conditions and within the limits set by art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Each lot of the contract is awarded on the basis of the criterion of lower price, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4 of the code, as it is a software and hardware maintenance service with standardized characteristics whose conditions are defined by the market.
