Acquisition of IBM equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance of servers and storage devices in S.D.E.E. North Muntenia, namely: RISC servers (p series), Intel servers (x series), HMC consoles, Storage Srea Network (SAN) systems, bookstore libraries.

Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be required throughout the Framework Agreement:

Minimum estimated duration of the framework agreement: Maintenance for 81 equipment

Maximum estimated amount over the duration of the framework agreement: maintenance for 136 equipmentof the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract from those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement:

Minimum estimated amount for the duration of the subsequent contract: Maintenance for 81 equipment. maintenance of 136 equipment.

Estimated maximum value for a sub contractVAT: RON 1, 488, 000.

Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded (if known): min. 3, max. 6.

Duration of the subsequent contract: the estimated duration is maximum 12 months from the signing of the subsequent contract. 1.

- DUAE - Single European Procurement Document under Art. 202 of Law 99 / 2016.

Turnover: we request, according to art. 188 of Law 99/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, fulfillment as a minimum requirement regarding the situationeconomic and financial: the average annual turnover for the most recent 3 available financial years (2015, 2016, 2017) must be equal to or above RON 1, 400, 000, with the economic operator presenting documents supporting the fulfillment of the requirement. For equivalence, the average annual RON / currency rate communicated by the NBR will be taken into consideration.

How to access the ds award: SICAP / SICAP

Module of awarding admissible bids with equal scores.

The award procedure is online. If 2 or more bids are ranked first, with equal scores, the tie will be made taking into account the score obtained by the rating factors, in descending order of their weight. If equality is maintained, the entity contractant has the right to request new financial proposals (via SEAP / SICAP) and the winning bid will be the one with the lowest financial proposal.

The prices will be calculated with a maximum of 2 decimal places.

The winners will be nominated by applying the criterion award: the best value-for-money ratio.

After the interim report on the classificationthe supporting documents shall be submitted at the request of the contracting entity, the supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE by the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

If, following the actions undertaken by the contracting entity based on art. 205 par. (2) of Law 99/2016, I offerthe successful tenderer does not duly demonstrate that all the qualification criteria as specified in the DUAE are fully complied with.

The adjudicating entity may ask any tenderer, at any time during the course of the procedure, to deposit all or part of of the certificates and supporting documents required when requiredin order to ensure proper conduct of the procedure.
