The purpose of this contract is to:

The purpose of this contract is: - the supply and transmission of natural gas to the delivery points listed in annex 1 which belong to the municipality In Martigues, the estimated annual gas consumption is estimated at 7, 200 MWh. Nat gasurel will be used mainly for the heating and the production of sanitary hot water of the communal buildings,

- the access to the networks within the framework of the single contract. The market is a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum, processed at unit prices applicable to services actually performed throughout the duration of the market. The price includes a fixed part and a variable partlinked to actual consumption.

Market form: has purchase orders with maximum. Assignment of a single market. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 925 000. Total amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: maximum 24 900 Mwh Pcs.

The application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 ( available free on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), or underthe form of a Single European Market Document (DUME).

The transmission of electronic envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the mthis method of transmission to all the documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid.

The fold will be considered if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. Yesa new letter is sent electronically by the same candidate, which cancels and replaces the previous letter. The fold can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or on paper. This copy must be placed in a fold bearing the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification ofthe procedure concerned. It is opened in the following cases:

- when a malicious computer program is detected in the electronically transmitted mail,

- when the electronic mail is received incomplete, out of time or could not be opened, provided that its transmission began before the closing of the delivery of the folds.
