1. Compliance with the conditions of participation may be proved by a Single European Document pursuant to Section 39 of the FTA, where the applicant shall submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation to the public contracting authority pursuant to Section 55 par. 1 ZVO in time and manner addressed to contracting authorities.

1.2 Only the public, who fulfills the conditions relating to personal status as defined in - 32 para. 1 ZVO.

1.3 Method of proving the fulfillment of conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

Applicant registered in the List of Economic Entities (hereinafter referred to as the AEO) pursuant to Section 152 of the GPO shall demonstrate the fulfillment of the conditions of participation of the personal status by the information on enrollment in the AEO or by submitting a valid confirmation of registration in the AEO, if its registration in the AEO does not contain all the documents necessary to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with the provision of - 32 para. 2. The applicant who is not registered in the AEO pursuant to Section 152 of the FTA shall prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation of the personal status by documents in compliance with Article 32 para. 2 ZVO.
