MRI Rental Equipment

The subject of the tendering process is the rental of a top-of-the-range, compact, barrier-free and high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with superconducting 1.5 Tesla magnet for at least 12 months with option for fixation. The movement of the MRI machine can be done in a container asStandalone system or as a trailer.

The subject of the award procedure is the rental of a compact, barrier-free and high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with superconducting 1.5 Tesla magnet for at least 12 months with option aConstancy. The shipment of the MRI equipment may be possible in a container as a stand-alone system or as a trailer.

A) Self-certification or proof of entry in a trade or professional register in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin (please refer to attached form). . (b) self-declaration by the tenderer that he has fulfilled his legal obligation(c) indication of the total turnover of the enterprise for the last 3 financial years, in each financial year;

d) an indication of the turnover figures of comparable services to the subject matter of the contract in the last 3 financial years, per financial year (identicalor technically / functionally comparable services); f) Self - certification or proof in accordance with - 123 GWB that there is no reason for exclusion (please refer to attached form of the client); g) Self - certification or proof in accordance with - 124 GWB that there is no reason for exclusion (please refer to attached form of the client).
