1. The subject of the order is Delivery of equipment to the Institute of Agrophysics B. Dobrzański Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin.

1. At least 5 input channels enabling connection of various types of environmental sensors (humidity, temperature, soil electrical conductivity, relative humidity and air temperature, rain gauge, anemometer, etc.);

2. Sensors connected via plugs (eg stereo or similar) enabling quick connection and disconnection,

3. Possibility to program data logging intervals in the range from a minimum of 1 minute to a minimum of 24 hours,

4. Default probing at least every 1 minute regardless of the data logging intervals set,

5. Memory capacity allowing to store at least 36, 000 measuring sets;

6. The ability to work at temperatures in the range-from 40oC to 60oC and in an environment up to 100% relative humidity;

7. Power supply from internal, replaceable batteries allowing for maintenance-free operation for a minimum period of 8 months;

8. Dustproof housing made of material resistant to impact and UV radiation, allowing the installation of the recorder in an open environment without additional safeguards;

9. Dimensions of the recorder: max. 13 cm(/ - 1.5 cm) x 21 cm (/ - 2 cm) x 5.5 cm (/ - 0.5 cm), weight max. up to 0.5 kg

10. Connection to a computer via USB;

11. Software enabling the configuration of recorders and reading data to a computer working in the Windows 7/8/10;

1. The Contractor, in order to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure set out in Chapter 5 of the ToR, and to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion, submits together with the tender a statement in the form of a single European order document (EAT) valid at the date of submitting bids. In order to make a statement, pleasefoo:

1.3 choose the Polish language by clicking "en" English;

1.4. choose the option "I am a contractor";

1.5. choose the option "import ESPD";

1.6. load (import) dokument file EAT previously downloaded

From the Ordering Party and saved on your computer by clicking "Select file"

1.7. follow the instructions in the tool;

1.8. when completing the form, EAT the Contractor may use the Instructions for completing it placed by the Public Procurement Office on the website at the following address:

1.9. file in pdf format should be signed with a qualified electronic signature, encrypted and sent to the following address: przetargi@ipan.lublin.pl, so that it reaches the Ordering Party before the deadline for submitting offers,

1.10. in the offer form, enter the password of access to the file EED

1.11. inthe assembly of EAT by means of electronic communication means is specified in ppk. 1.1.1 1.1.14 of this Chapter and Chapter 7 of the ToR,

1.12. The Employer allows the Contractor to complete the EED limited to fulfilling in Part IV "Eligibility Criteria" only point a: "General statement regarding all eligibility criteria" and does not have to fill sections A, B, Cand D.

1.1.1. EAT for the purposes of the present proceedings shall be submitted in electronic form to the following address: przetargi@ipan.lublin.pl.

1.1.2. ATTENTION! Placing an EAT along with an offer on a data carrier (eg CD, pendrive) is unacceptable, as it does not constitute its submission using means of electronic communication within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 18.7.2002 on the provision of electronic services.

1.1.3.-The contracting authority allows in particular the following format of transmitted data: .pdf

1.1.4. The EAT document in the "pdf" format should be signed in PAdES

1.1.5 format. The Employer allows the signing of the EJSE document in a format other than "pdf", then use the XAdES

1.1.6 format. The ordering party specifies the acceptable formats of transmitted data, in the above-mentioned files up to 5 MB in formats: "pdf".

1.1.7.the donor fills the EAT by creating an electronic document. It may use the ESPD tool or other available tools or software that enable you to fill in the EAT and create an electronic document, especially in the "pdf" format, however the contractor may prepare the EAT in any other format with the specified content of - 4 of the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 27.6 .2017 in the case-use of means of electronic communication in the proceedings for the award of a public contract and sharing and storage of electronic documents

1.1.8. After the Contractor has created or generated an electronic document, the Contractor shall sign the above-mentioned document. the document is a qualified electronic signature, issued by a qualified trust service provider who is an entity of the worldcertification service - electronic signature, meeting the security requirements set out in the Act of 5/09/2016 on trust services and electronic identification (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1579).
