The subject matter of the contract is the supply of technology for the preparation of the substrate on the hops base with medicinal products for further processing in the scope and specification stated in the Tender Documents. . 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to asB. The fulfillment of the condition of participation is possible in advancereplace, in accordance with - 39 of the Public Procurement Act:

The single European Public Procurement Act is a document by which an economic operator can pre-replace documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority. The contracting authority requires that the Single European Document be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the economic operator/ candidate / tenderer or duly authorized person. The procedure for awarding the above-the-limit contract is carried out by the system of electronic public procurement through the information system EVO. The condition for successful communication in EVO system and for successful bid submission is that the candidate / tenderer has the appropriate technical and professional prerequisites technical equipment and professionallyto the EVO system. 2. In accordance with ust. Section 20 of the Public Procurement Act, communication and exchange of information in public tenders will be carried out throughelectronic means, in the manner determined by the functionality of the information system of electronic public procurement IS EVO, which meets all the requirements set out in - 20 VO Act
