The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of vouchers for the purpose of providing catering for employees of the contracting authority at all workplaces within the whole SR in selected catering facilities of contractual partners of the applicant. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of meal vouchers for the purpose of providing catering for the employees of the contracting authority at all workplaces within the whole SR in selected catering facilities of the contractual partners of the tenderer who are entitled to provide these services.

The tenderer must fulfill the conditionsParticipation in personal status referred to in - 32 para. 1 zakona. Documents and documents through which the applicant proves the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in relation to personal status pursuant to - 32 of the Act:

1.1. 1 of the Act, according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act or - 152 of the Act.

Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 para.

2 of the Act, ie the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "VO") shall carry out an evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to - 40 of the Act after the evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53 of the Act. This public procurement is carried out through the EVO information system maintained and made availableby the Public Procurement Office accessible via the website www.evo.gov.sk (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO).

3. IS EVO will be used for each termination in the procurement process, ie. The entire procurement process is carried out only electronically through IS EVO. The CA requires candidates to register in IS EVO. This registration is associated with certain procedural outcomes, so you need itact well in advance. Registration in IS EVO may be carried out at the latest by the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders specified in this notice. Competition documents are provided by IS EVO and are currently published in the VO profile on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk.

6. The tenderer shall prepare and submit the tender only in electronic form via IS EVO, in accordance with this noticetender notice, tender documents and other documents provided by the ROI. Tenders, proposals and other documents and documents in public procurement pursuant to - 21 para. 6 of the Act shall be submitted in the statutory language. If the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be submitted, together with its official translation, into the statistical language; this does not apply to tenders, proposals, documents and documentsin the Czech language. If a difference is found in their content, the decisive is the official translation into the statutory language. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of the tender are solely the tenderer`s expenses. The GP shall not be liable or pay any expenses or losses of any kind incurred by the tenderer in connection with the drawing up of the tender. VO reserves the right not to accept such a tenderwhich exceeds the estimated contract value. The applicant may pre-replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation determined by the VO by a single European document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act. 11th The GO declares that it limits the information required to the conditions of participation (relating to Part IV: Conditions of Participation Sections A to D of the Single European Document) to one question with a yes or no answer (: Global data for allconditions of participation), i. whether economic operators meet all the required conditions for participation without the need to complete other sections of Part IV: Conditions for participation in the Single European Document. The contract will be signed with the successful tenderer only if the requirements of Act no. 315/2016 Z.z. where relevant (entry in RPVS). The VO shall exclude the tenderer from the procurement if:on the basis of credible information, I reasonably suspect that the tenderer has concluded an agreement distorting economic competition in the relevant public contract - - 40 para. 6 pism. g) ZVO.

15. The subject matter of the PP is not: green procurement, procurement of innovation, procurement focusing on social aspects.
