Provision of catering services in the form of meal vouchers

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of catering services by delivering catering vouchers in paper form to the contracting authority`s employees for a period of 48 months (from the date of the contract concluded). Part of the subject of the contract is in addition to providing catering services in the form of food vouchers in paperin its form, among other things, means the delivery of vouchers to the seat of the contracting authority. This is to ensure the provision of catering services in accordance with the provisions of - 152 of Act no. 311/2001 Coll. The Contractor works in the wording of later regulations and - 104 of the Act no. 55/2017 Z.z. on the Statutory Service and on the amendment of certain endings in the form of vouchers in catering establishments

The Contractor works in the wording of later regulations and - 104 of the Act no. 55/2017 Z.z. on the statistical service and on the amendment of certain conclusions fOrders of vouchers in catering establishments providing lunch menu with year-round operation. The applicant must meet the conditions for participation in personal status according to - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Some Outcomes (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Outcome) in the manner pursuant to - 32 or - 152 of the Public Procurement Act.The contracting authority recommends interested parties to use the entry in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 et seq.

Note:

The contracting authority has the right to obtain a contractonly documents according to - 32 par. 1 pism. and (e). In the event that the tenderer is interested in the contracting authority obtaining the above mentioned documents - 32 par. 1 pism. (a) and (e) must, as part of the tender, complete the forms necessary for obtaining the documents in question and sign them by the authorized person.
