The subject matter of the contract is the production, delivery of meal vouchers in paper form (not electronic cards and other means). Food vouchers I provide the customer and his employees with the opportunity to dine in accordance with generally binding legal regulations of labor-law nature. FROMakazka consists of printing, packing food vouchers and transporting them to the place of delivery, under the order of the Ordering Party, under the terms of the frame agreement and the relevant order. More details of delivery of goods are given in the tender documents.

The order consists of printing, packing food vouchers and transporting them to the place of delivery, under the order of the Ordering Party, under the terms specified inand in the order. Further conditions of delivery of the goods are stated in the tender documents. Public Procurement can only be attended by one who fulfills the following conditions of personal status:

f) not prohibit participation in public procurement confirmedy the final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the state of the establishment, place of business or habitual residence,

g) has not committed in the previous 3 years since the announcement or provable initiation of public procurement of serious breach of obligations in the field of environmental protection, social security or labor law under special regulations, for which sanwhich the public contracting authority and the contracting authority can prove,

h) has not committed in the previous 3 years since the proclamation or provable commencement of a public procurement of a serious breach of professional obligations, which the contracting authority and the contracting authority can prove. . 2 to 7, - 39 and - 152
