CPV Description: The subject of the order is the provision of acceptable meals in paper form for the provision of catering to the employees of the contracting authority in the sense of - 152 par. 2 a ods. 5 law no. 311/2001 Coll. The termination of the work in the wording of the later regulations in the required nominalof the value for use in facilities located in the immediate vicinity of the place of supply.

The subject of the order is the provision of accepted meals in paper form for cateringof the contracting authority within the meaning of Article 152 2 a ods. 5 law no. 311/2001 Coll. The termination of the work in the version of the later regulations at the required nominal value with use in the facilities located in the vicinity of filling places. A maximum of 120, 200 meals are taken during a contractual relationship. The nominal value of the board is EUR 4.00. Public Procurer atI will change the nominal value during the duration of the contractual relationship.

Requirement to meet the conditions of the personality status and to prove them in accordance with the provisions of art. Section 32 of Act No. 343/2015 Z. z .. Given the fact that the functionality of the information system Collection of data, through which the contracting authority publishes the subject matter, the notice of award of the public procurement does not allow the limit of the sign characterto publish the conditions of part-time to a full extent, the contracting authority publishes them in the tender documents in Part A.2. Not required.
