Remedies: 1.This call for tenders can be made within a non-extendable period of 10 dayssince the publication at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau. The deadlock of the deadlines according to civil procedure law does not apply. 2.The complaint must be submitted in writing and must include an application and a reason. That is, it is a) to specify how the administrative court should decide, and b) to explain for what reasonends this other decision is required. 3.A complaint which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be given. 4.The contested invitation to tender must be indicated, all possible evidence must be specified and as far as possible settled. The entry is to be signed. 5.The complaint procedure entails a cost risk, that is to saythe unsuccessful party shall as a rule pay the costs of the proceedings and, if applicable, the attorney`s fees.
