Framework Agreement for Locksmith Services

A Framework Agreement will be established for the procurement of locksmith services for Oslo municipality's entities. The Framework Agreement will cover all types of locksmith services, both acute and planned, for Oslo municipality's entities, as well as Romsas nursing home Attendo. This includes the delivery, assembly, maintenance, service and repair of all types of locks and door closers.

A Framework Agreement will be established for the procurement of locksmith services for Oslo municipality's entities. The Framework Agreement will cover all types of locksmith services, both acute and planned, for Oslo municipality's entities, as well as Romsas nursing home Attendo. This includes the delivery, assembly, maintenance, service and repair of all types of locks and door closers.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately 20 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority.

The Framework Agreement covers all procurement within the contract area, not exceeding 500 000 NOK per call off. For assignments over this sum, it is voluntary to use the contract.

The joint procurement agreement does not include projects related to renovation and investments included in contracts, but the Contracting Authority retains the right here, but not the obligation, to use the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel Framework Agreements with 3 tenderers, provided that are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.

Requirement:

The tenderer shall be a legally established company

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate

Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

The company's last annual financial statement including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
