Flowers for municipal beds

Reference Number : 17/23195

The Contracting Authority would like to use this competition to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement and delivery of flowers for municipal beds. This includes both permanent annual procurements as well as continual needs. Each municipality will state their delivery address.

The attached price form for the tender documentation states the known need for 2019. There can be some minor alterations from this list when orders are placed. Most of the need is mapped during the autumn in the year prior to delivery. This will also apply if the option years are taken up.

The Framework Agreement will cover the different municipalities' organisation. Municipal and private units and institutions mainly with operational funding are also included in the agreement on the same terms as the Contracting Authority. This procurement does not cover the Contracting Authority's procurement of cut flowers.
