Tender 2368/2018 - supply and transport framework GPPropane. Lot A.

(a) registration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence in the case of a State of the EU, in accordance with the provisions of Article 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016) for activities related to the object of the tender;

b) inexistence of the conditions for exclusion from the contracts referred to int. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

a) having supplied, in the three-year period prior to the sending for publication of the tender, a quantity of commercial propane LPG of not less than 750 000 kg total.

A) This procedure is managed entirely by electronic means pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, through the Purchasing Portal of Iren S.p.A. complies with Annex XI to Legislative Decree 50/16, reachable at URL: https: //portaleacquisti.gruppoiren.it, section of calls and notices, according to the modalities provided for in the Disciplinare di gara; the official tender documentation and fully available, electronically, on the aforementioned procurement portal, on the same site will also publish any revisions and / or incorrect corrections to the tender documents that may be necessary during the procit's hard; competitors are therefore invited to check any communications that are published; being made available to all competitors, however, will be considered read; c) in relation to the indication referred to in point IV.2.2), it is specified that the date indicated should be considered as expiration, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, for the presentation of offers;

c) it is specified-that, in compliance with the provisions of art. 133, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the digital envelopes of the economic offers will be examined before the administrative envelopes;

d) the contracting authority reserves the discretionary power to:

- not proceed with the award if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the object of the contract or achievable,

- not adjto hear even in the presence of only one valid offer,

- cancel the tender and not proceed with the awarding for proven reasons of self-protection and / or to protect the public interest,

- not enter into the contract for changing industrial needs, also by contract awarded,

(e) the award is deemed to be made subject to reservation. If the successful tenderer does not substantiate what he declaresIf this is not true, the contracting authority will cancel the award with a motivated document and reserves the right to award the competitor that follows in the ranking;

f) the companies that are not based in Italy will be able to produce documentation similar to that required in this announcement, according to the legislation of the country of origin;
