Open Procedure for the supply of LPG for crematory ovens located at the Flaminio Cemetery and for the AMA SpA headquarters, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months.

The contract is for the supply of LPG for crematory ovens located at the Flaminio Cemetery and for the AMA SpA area offices, for a period-36 (thirty-six) months.

The contract concerns the supply of LPG for crematory ovens located at the Flaminio Cemetery and for the AMA SpA offices, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months.

1 The supplementary provisions of this Call for Applications - including the additional grounds for exclusion - are contained in the tender regulations and their annexes, which may be freely vdownloaded and downloaded from the client's profile at the URL www.amaroma.it;

2. also for the purposes of paying the contributions due - pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67, of the law n. 266/2005 - by the economic operators wishing to take part in the tender referred to in the present Call, the identification code of the lots of the tender (CIG) and the following 7572340CA3. The payment methods knowno viewable on the website http://www.anticorruzione.it/portal/public/classic/Servizi/ServiziOnline/ServizioRiscossioneContributi;

3.All declarations, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up and signed in accordance with and for the effects of DPR n. 445/2000 and digitally signed;

4. AMA S.p.A. reserves the right to: a) proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer, if ritefair and convenient; b) not proceed with the awarding if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the contractual object; c) suspend, redirect or not to award the tender motivatively; d) not to stipulate the contract justifiably even if the award has been previously made;

5. the competitors for which there is one of the motivations will be excluded from the racei of exclusion pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to article 80 of said legislative decree;

6. bids equal to or greater than the amount placed on the basis of bidding, as well as incomplete, partial and / or conditional bids / offers are not permitted /

7. Abnormally low offers are identified and assessed on the basis of the provisions of article 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50 /2016;

8. and subcontracting is permitted according to the provisions of art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

9. information and clarifications on tender documents can be requested from the PEC Purchasing Service at the address indicated in point I.1, no later than 25.9.2018;

10. the clarifications will be published in electronic format on the site referred to in the sub-point. I.1;

11. communications to the concorrenti will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 29, paragraph 1, and 76, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 by pec and with a specific publication on the AMA website, in the Tenders and Suppliers section,

12. it should be noted that, with reference to the Contract that will be signed with the successful bidder, the regulation on the traceability of financial flows pursuant to Law 13.8.2010 shall apply.and n. 136;

13. furthermore, it is specified that the contractor with whom the contract will be signed, during the execution of the latter and throughout its duration, must keep AMA constantly up-to-date in order to keep possession of the requisites required by article 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and the Competition Regulations;

14. competitors, with the presentation of the offersallow you to process your personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and EU Regulation No. 2016/679;

15. AMA does not make use of an arbitration clause which, therefore, is not contractually provided for;

16. this procedure was authorized with determination n. 25 of 13.6.2018, as amended by note prot. n.174 / PRE-AD of 1.8.2018;
