Contract for delivery of laundry services to Region of Southern Denmark

The offered subcontracts deal with laundry services incl. washing, renting, maintaining and distributing linen and clothing products to the region of Southern Denmark.

The offer relates to the purchase of-laundry services incl. linen and clothing articles for Odense University Hospital in Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg incl. the region's psychiatric departments in Odense and Svendborg and in Kolding, Vejle and Middelfart incl. Region's psychiatric departments in Vejle and Middelfart

No registration is required in commercial or commercial registers.

The tenderer must inform the ESPD of his net salesfor each of the last 3 available financial statements and its equity in DKK (end of year) in the most recent available financial statements.

An ESPD document must be submitted for each subcontract, as the eligibility requirements are different for each subcontract. - The tenderer must provide the information in ESPD if the tenderer is requested in accordance with the terms of the terms of reference. 6. Note that the Bidder in ESPD bL.A. must provide information regarding Mandatory grounds for exclusion.

The tenderer must declare in the ESPD not to be subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion set forth in section 135 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 and 3. The tenderer is excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if, in accordance with - 135, the Offeror has been convicted or has taken a decision to act as loath in a criminal organization, bribery, fraud, acts of terrorism or criminal acts related to terrorist activity, money laundering or terrorist financing, or child labor and other forms of trafficking in human beings. The contracting entity must also exclude a Tenderer who has unpaid debts of 100 DKK 000 or more for public authorities regarding taxes, taxes or social security contributions under Danish law or the law of the country in which the Tenderer is established. However, the contracting entity may, under special conditions, refrain from excluding in this situation. Similarly, the contracting entity must, in accordance with section 136, inter alia exclude a Tenderer, when the Contractor can prove, a conflict of interest in relation to the offer which may noteffectively assisted with less restrictive measures, distortion of competition resulting from prior involvement of the Tenderer, including as a counselor in the preparation of the tendering procedure in relation to the tender in question which can not be resolved unless:

Intervention measures or that the Tenderer in the tender in question has given gross incorrect information, etc.
