Attention: these documents are only available in English.

They concern the production and delivery of essential parts of Linac (Linear Accelerator) of 100 MeV project Myrrha as described in the documents above. proThe award procedure consists of 1 phase and the following award criteria:

1) Total price: 40%.

Rule of 3 - Offer score = (lowest bid price / price of the bid) offer) * weight of award criteria related to price;

2) technical evaluation: 45%

bids will be evaluated on the technical description and requested information provided (see 2.5) Documentation) exceeding the minimum requirements and which are in the interest of SCK-CEN, including the information required for qualitative selection (see 2.6.3);

3) delivery time: 15%. time required for receipt of the order up to T11 '(see Chapter 11 Performance Deadline proposed by SCK-CEN in Addendum I).

The reference delivery time is T11, delivery between 10 and 12 minus give a score equivalent to zero. Each less advance grants a bonus score of 25%

The candidate with the highest score (sum of the scores obtained according to criteria 1, 2 and 3) will be awarded the contract.

It goes without saying that the candidate must meet the other requirements set out in the tender. The tenderer shall produce the singleopeen, which consists of an actual self-declaration on the honor and which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the applicant concerns:

1 is not in the 1 exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016;

2 responds to thex applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of 17.6.2016.
