The Central Office of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Social Solidarity is housed in the building on Stadiou Street 29. At the entrance of the above building are the three main lifts of the building, (triplex, collectively - selective) according to the principle of the minimal route, that is, each call is served by the nearest and coarse moving cabin, in order to avoid unnecessary movements, waiting for passengers and saving energy., which houses the Central Office of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Security and Social Solidarity, Stadiou 29, Athens, Greece 101 10. Recently, the right lift was replaced with a new one because it had frequent malfunctions. The left lift is out of order, due to damage over the last 6 months, the cost of its repair is considered to be unprofitable for the service. In order for the system of the 3 main lifts to return to the original building performance specifications, according to the principle of the minimal path, they must be fully operational (triplex, collective - selective). therefore, it is necessary to replace both old lifts (left noj middle).

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Unionshall be required to be registered in one of the commercial or professional registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or in-third countries which are not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures are required to be registered in corresponding professional or trade registers.
