Preventive and corrective maintenance of cranes - Degrad des Cannes sitepreventive program



2) Corrective maintenance with:

- palliative maintenance (emergency service with intervention under 1 day opens),

- curative maintenance;

3) Assistance during regulatory controls with preparation before visits, presence during the visit and REX after visit.

4) Supply of consumables and spare parts, excluding large parts.

- the candidate must provide-a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidat must deliver an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group,

- if the candidate is in recoverycourt, it must produce a copy of the judgments pronounced to justify that it is entitled to continue its activities during the duration of execution of the market. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by the members concerned of a grouping candidate,

- the candidate must provide the certificates issued by the administrations and competent bodies proving that he has hismeets its fiscal and social obligations. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and income statements) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability. over the last 3 years, have an annual turnover of more than 380 000-EUR.
