Preventive maintenance and corrective and major maintenance work on elevators, hoists and elevators of all buildings in the city of Clichy.

The preThis consultation aims at preventive and corrective maintenance and major maintenance work on elevators, freight elevators and elevators of all buildings in the city of Clichy.

- information concerning the economic and financial capacity of the company as provided for in articles R. 2142-12 and R. 2143-3 2 of the public procurement code: declaration toappropriated from banks or, where appropriate, proof of insurance for professional risks.

The criteria involved in judging tenders will be weighted as follows:

Criterion 1: price 55 points:

- s / criterion 1: preventive maintenance analyzed with regard to the total amount of the DPGF 25 points,

- s / criterion 2: corrective maintenance and major maintenance work analyzed with regard tou amount of the DQE 25 points,

- s / criterion 3: the common sales coefficient indicates to the BPU for all brands of existing installations 5 points.

Criterion 2: terms of performance of the services 40 points:

- s / criterion 1: intervention and performance methodology implemented by the company 15 points,

- s / criterion 2: human and material resources made available for the exexecution of the 10-point market,

- s / criterion 3: planning and traceability of interventions with regard to forecasting planning models, notification of minutes, availability, conformity of equipment, 10-point intervention report,

- s / criterion 4: stock of spare parts available to replace any out-of-use equipment 5 points.

Criterion 3: measures implementedplace for the protection of the environment within the framework of the execution of the services 5 points.
