Insurance of NRA employees with group accident and life insurance for 2020 and 2021

The subject of the public procurement is "Insurance of employees of NRA with group accident and life insurance" for 2020 and 2021 "The award of the public procurement is in accordance with Article 15 of the Law on the National Revenue Agencya child who has an obligation for the agency to insure its employees against accident and life insurance at the expense of its budget. All employees of the NRA Headquarters and the territorial structures of the agency, regardless of their name, are subject to insurance employment and employment relationships, including part-time workers, and employmentof the Council of Ministers Decree No. 66 of 28.3.1996 for the staffing of certain activities in the budget organizations. uses fixed telephone service, Republic of BULGARIA and abroadLife for 2020 and 2021. Number of NRA employees subject to insurance:

All NRA employees are insured at the date of contracting, whether they are on the job or taking some kind of legal leave. All employees of the NRA who are hired within the term of the insurance coverage under the contract are also insured.

All NRA employees, regardless of their age, are insured.dca: The indicated number of employees is the maximum expected within the term of the contract. The number of persons covered by the group insurance under the contract will be determined at the time of signing and duly adjusted at the time of maturity of each installment of the insurance premium due.

The participants must be licensed insurers for the insurance coverage offered. DeclArrangement compliance with the stated requirement is done by submitting information about a valid insurer license for the offered insurance coverage under Art. 29 of the Insurance Code or under Art. 41 of the same code. The information is to be completed in Part IV, Selection Criteria, Section A, "Eligibility", item "Special Permission Required", of the Single European Document for Public

The Contracting Authority may at any time require the participants to submit a document proving the information specified in the EDPS according to Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.

The tenderer, appointed as a contractor, shall submit before the conclusion of the contract the documents by which it is proved its compliance with the setby the contracting authority selection criterion according to Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 in Art. 60, para. 2 of the PPA.

In case the tenderer envisages the participation of subcontractors, the requirement should be fulfilled by the subcontractors according to the type and proportion of the contract they will perform. In the case of unbundled unions of natural and / or legal entities, compliance with the definitions in thisthis point shall be proved by a selection criterion by each of the persons included in it, in accordance with the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities stipulated in the agreement for the formation of the association. any of the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPA or those under Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA, as and whenit is established that the participant is a company incorporated in a jurisdiction with a preferential tax regime or controlled by such a company, or any of the members of the association is registered or controlled by a registered company, unless there is an exception under Art. 4 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Registered in Preferential Tax Jurisdictionspress, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, as well as when identification and verification of the client`s identification cannot be carried out, by the methods prescribed by the Law on Measures against Money Laundering and its Implementing Regulations (PPMIP), including when the client is a legal entity - to the natural persons who are its true owners, under sthe thought of - 2 of the LMIP, as well as the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 69 of the CITIA.
