Object of the supply and an application software that performs all the functions necessary to manage in their total the administrative and cataloging processes of both analogical and electronic resources, in collaboration with the National Library Service (SBN).

Object of the supply and an application software that performs all the functions necessary to manage in their totality the administrative and cataloging processes of both analogical and electronic resources, in collaboration with the National Library Service (SBN). The system must manage the servicesthe use of analog resources by users (local and intra-system loan, interlibrary loan, document delivery) and have a public interrogation interface that gives access to all collections, in any and to the services simultaneously. The supply also includes a test database populated with real data and the following activities:

- migration-data from the old to the new system,

- technical support for installation, configuration and start-up,

- training of library staff,

- ordinary and evolutionary maintenance,

- assistance and support to the client.

absence of the causes exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; registration in the register of the C.C.I.A.A., pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; insussisteof the situations referred to in 53, co 16-ter Legislative Decree 165/2001 as amended (c.d. Pantouflage clause).

All companies participating in the contract must, pursuant to 65 and 67, of law 23.12.2005, n.266, pay in favor of the ANAC a contribution equal to: 140.00 EUR.

With reference to the causes of exclusion and to the institute of the preliminary investigation you canhiama the art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; for the modalities of application of the same, refer to the Rules of the tender. The evaluation of the anomaly of the offers will take place according to the law.

The administration takes the AVCPass system, in compliance with the current legislation.

The administration will proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer, providedand convenient.

The contract does not contain any arbitration clause for the resolution of any disputes regarding the application, integration, execution or termination of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to apply the provisions of art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

The tenderer must indicate, during the offer, the PEC address to which the administrationsend communications concerning the tender.

As a result of the entry into force of the articles 37 and 216, paragraph 11, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as well as of the decree law 30.12.2016 n. 244. For availing of this, reference should be made to the provisions of the Disciplinare di gara and to the provisions of art. 89 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016
