Object of the supply and an application software that performs all the functions necessary to manage in their total the administrative and cataloging processes of both analogical and electronic resources, in collaboration with the National Library Service (SBN).

Object of the supply and an application software that performs all the functions necessary to manage in their totality the administrative and cataloging processes of both analogical and electronic resources, in collaboration with the National Library Service (SBN). The system must manage the servicesthe use of analog resources by users (local and intra-system loan, interlibrary loan, document delivery) and have a public interrogation interface that gives access to all collections, in any and to the services simultaneously. The supply also includes a test database populated with real data and the following activities:

- migration-data from the old to the new system,

- technical support for installation, configuration and start-up,

- training of library staff,

- ordinary and evolutionary maintenance,

- assistance and support to the client.

With reference to the causes of exclusion and to the institute of the preliminary investigation you canhiama the art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; for the modalities of application of the same, refer to the Rules of the tender. The evaluation of the anomaly of the offers will take place according to the law.

The administration takes the AVCPass system, in compliance with the current legislation.

The administration will proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer, providedand convenient.

The contract does not contain any arbitration clause for the resolution of any disputes regarding the application, integration, execution or termination of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to apply the provisions of art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
