This consultation concerns the renewal of the GEF operating civil liability insurance policies from 1.4.2020 (00:00) and aims to choose the or insurance companies that will cover this risk in full. This consultation concerns the renewal of the GEF operating civil liability insurance policies at from 1.4.2020 (00:00) and aims to choose the insurance company or companies that will cover this risk in full. It is aboutto an insurance services market. The place of performance of the services: Frejus Tunnel, French and Italian parts.

Information concerning the legal situation of the company as provided for in article R. 2143-3 1 of the public procurement code

- DC1: letter of application (form DC1 or equivalent),

- DC2: declaration of the candidate (form DC2 or equivalent),

- authorized person: documents relating to the powers of the person authorized to hire the economic operator,

- declarations: a declaration on honor duly dated and signed certifying that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-2 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code and in particular that it is in good standing with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning the employment of disabled people.

Information concerning the economic and financial capacity of the company as provided for in articles R. 2143-3 2, R. 2142-6, R. 2142-7 and R. 2143-11, R. 2143-12, R. 2143-16 of the public procurement code and in article 2 of the decree of 22.3.2019 fixing the list of information and documents that can be requestedto candidates for public contracts:

- turnover: declaration concerning the candidate`s overall turnover over the past 3 years; if applicable, declaration concerning the turnover of the field of activity which is the subject of the public contract over the last 3 years,

- insurance: proof of professional risk insurance (professional civil liability).

These certificates must be signed and mention:

- the period of validity of the insurance,

- the nature of the guaranteed activities,

- the name of the company and the contract number.

If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is unable to produce the information and documents requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other moyen considered appropriate by the buyer.
