The insurer will consider the supplier with whom the insurance policy will be concludedand the insurer of the policy. More detailed specifications in the enrollment documentation ("ZD").

The subject of the public procurement is to provide insurance services - to insure the liability of the provider of health services for the injury caused to third persons. The insurer will consider the supplier with whom the insurance contract will be concluded and the policyholder the contracting authority. The following are hospitals-Central Bohemian Region:

Insurance contract for insuring the liability of the provider of health services in the wayThe specification of the required scope of the insurance cover is stated in Annex No. 3 of the Technical Parameters for the Public Offering of Injury Insurance for Hospitals of the Central Bohemian Region. More detailed specifications are given in the ZD. According to - 77 par. 1 of the Act, in relation to the Czech Republic, -registration, or the like, unless another legal regulation requires such records. The document must prove the fulfillment of the required qualification no later than 3 months before the commencement of the investiture procedure. According to - 77 par. a) a document proving a right of establishment to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, ie the document proving the authorization to conduct the insurance activitypursuant to Act No. 277/2009 Coll., on Insurance, as amended (eg similarly authorized by an insurance company from another EU member state to conduct insurance activity in the Czech Republic).
