Economic, financial, professional and technical capacities.

The consultation will lead to the conclusion of a single-level framework agreement.e purchase orders, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 29 000 EUR HT over its total duration, in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R. 2162-4-2 of the code of the public order.

Negotiations are prohibited.

The submission of tenders is subject to the submission of samples and a site visit prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, the modalities of which shall bet clarified in the regulation of the consultation.

The payment of expenses will be made by administrative mandate followed by a bank transfer. The benefits, which are the subject of this framework agreement, will be remunerated under the conditions fixed by the rules of public accounting and financed according to the following modalities: capital city of Lille.

The sums due to the holder (s) and the (x) sub-Senior (s), if any, will be paid within an overall period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoices or equivalent payment claims.

No form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority.
