The agreement must cover Innovation Norway`s need for assistance in preventing, revealing and preventing recurrence of frauds and other questionable conditions internally in Innovation Norway and related to Innovation Norway`s contractual relationship with clients and suppliers (legal and financial investigation services). Innovation Norway is established in 30 countries and the assistance will therefore occasionally be of an international nature.

Call-offs against the framework agreement may include one or several of the following tasks:

— securing and/or obtaining information/documentation for clarifying facts and analysing causes (including forensic audits and interviews);

— determine if there are system errors and/or errors made by one or more individuals;

— prepare proposals for measures that should be implemented for preventing, revealing and/or preventing the recurrence of frauds or other questionable conditions.

Assessment of claims for damages, recovery claims and other legal consequences of breaches of internal regulations, external regulations and/or Innovation Norway`s agreements/standard terms.
