Birmingham City Council (BCU) wishes to establish a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of legal services. BCU is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the `Regulations`). This framework agreement is being procured under the restricted procedure (under the light touch regime). The University`s requirements for legal services cover a wide range of areas which have been split into eight lots:
