Providing Comprehensive Legal Services to the Statutory City of Most .

The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive legal services for contracting authorities within the meaning of Act No. 85/1996 Coll. participant by submitting:

1) according to - 75 para. a) ZZVZ, extract from the Criminal Register according to - 74 paragraph 1 pism. a),

2) according to - 75 para. b) ZZVZ, confirmation of the financial office according to - 74 para. b),

3) according to - 75 para. c) ZZVZ, written affidavit in relation to excise duty according to - 74 par. 1 letter. b),

4) according to - 75 para. d) ZZVZ, written written affirmation that in the Czech Republic or in the country of his / her office there is no outstanding payment for insurance or penalties for public health insurance according to - 74 fromst. 1 pism. c),

5) according to - 75 para. e) ZZVZ, confirmation of the relevant district social security administration according to - 74 par. d),

6) according to - 75 para. f) ZZVZ, extract from the Commercial Register, or a written affidavit in case it is not registered in the Commercial Register, according to - 74 par. 1 letter. (e).

The professional capacity shall be demonstrated by the participant by submitting:

1) pursuant to - 77 para.register or other similar records, if other legal regulation requires such records,

2) according to - 77 paragraph 2 letter. a) ZZVZ, on authorization to conduct business under special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, if other regulations require such authorization, the contracting authority will accept a document issued by a professional self-governing chamber or other professional organizationproving the membership of a participant in the Chamber, ie a document issued by the Czech Bar Association, proving the registration of the participant in the list of lawyers and articled clerks or in the list of European lawyers and articled clerks or in the list of European lawyers according to Act No. 85/1996 Coll. as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Advocacy Act).live only electronically Tenderaren tools.
