1) a DC1 (or a letter of application). In the case of a group of insurers and / or intermediaries, use a DC1 (or a letter of application) common to all the members constituting the group. NB candidates can simply submit a letter of application and a declaration on honor is attached (1 page per member) according to the attached model;

2) a DC2 or equivalentnt;

3) approvals for risks classified by branches of insurance:

a) for insurance organizations approved in France by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR): provide a copy of the documents proving that the risk-bearing insurer holds the approvals of the branches of insurance necessary to guarantee the risks for which he responds (or a certificate ofthe supervisory and resolution authority);

b) for organizations operating in France in the context of the European passport (freedom to provide services or freedom of establishment): provide a copy of the approval obtained from the ACPR ( or from the central bank of the country of origin translated into French) in the insurance branch according to the French nomenclature, corresponding to the guarantees acover. Failing to provide a certificate showing that the approval granted to them by the competent supervisory authority of their home Member State allows them to cover the risks for which they respond and thus validating the conditions of their LPS operation by France;

4) the possible intermediary (ies) will justify:

a) being in conformity with the regulations on the intermediation and be registered with ORIAS, or a declaration provided for in the certificate of honor;

b) the mandate of the insurance company to know the extent of its powers and in particular that of signing the offer or not on behalf of the insurance company.

Duration of contracts:

- lot 1 takes effect from the date of receipt of work. The duration of the guarantees is10 years from the reception of the work under the conditions provided for in articles 1.1 and 1.2 of the CCP;

- lot 2 takes effect from the notification of the contract until the reception of the work (except in special cases of the maintenance guarantee Variants: the candidates can propose, in accordance with articles R. 2151-8 to R. 2151-11 of the public procurement code, a compo offerbeing variants. They must be priced on the act of engagement or on an annex. They can draw inspiration from the consultation file by listing the proposed reservations. The candidate can also submit a project which will be specific to him, and which he deems suitable for the needs of the community:

- for lot 1, the free variants may relate to the nature and amounts of the guarantee, the exclusions, deductibles, services and the administrative part. They must not affect the intangible elements defined in the consultation regulations;

- for lot 2, the free variants may relate to the nature and amounts of the guarantee, exclusions, deductibles, services and the administrative part . They may in particular wear son the civil responsibility of the contracting authority and the maintenance-visit guarantee. They must not affect the intangible elements defined in the consultation regulations. The candidate can submit a free variant without having previously answered the basic solution.

Judgment of tenders: the documents relating to the tender are examined according to one of the following criteria:

- lot1:

1) technical value defined as a function: score out of 10 weighted 50%, according to the following sub-criteria:

a) the nature of the guarantees (score out of 3.30);

b) insured capital and deductibles (note on 3.30);

c) technical requirements (note on 3.40);

2) financial value constituted by the unit premium rate (or failing this the lump sum premium) = criteria noted as follows: 10 * plowest price / price of the candidate then weighted at 50%;

- lot 2:

1) technical value defined as a function: score out of 10 weighted 50%, according to the following sub-criteria:

a) the nature of the guarantees (note out of 2.5);

b) insured capital (note out of 2.5);

c) deductibles (note out of 2.5);

d) technical requirements (note out of 2.5);

2) financial value constituted by the unit premium rate (or atdefault flat-rate premium) = criteria rated as follows: 10 * lowest price / price of the candidate then weighted at 50%.
