Construction insurance contracts for the construction work of three school groups and one school of insurance. reception for young children of the city of Lyon

The present marches have for object the subscription-property and construction damage insurance cover for the construction work of the Masset, Berliet, Girondins and Parc Blandan schools. All fees and work for each operation is raised to:

A declaration of candidacy (form Dc1 or equivalent):

- In case of intermediary insurance, the Decree Duly Signed and the mandate given by the insurance company specifying the extent of the power, including the ability to sign the offer or not, and whether or not to collect the premiums (free document) in case of groupings of insurers, the justification that the agent is entitled to bind the group. This mandate should specify the scope of power, the purpose of the contract, the name of the agent, and be-signed by all the co-insurers (Dc1 or free document) in case of grouping of an insurance intermediary and insurer (s), the Dc1 justifying that the agent is authorized to engage the grouping and signed by the all the co-contractors and the mandate given by the insurance company specifying the extent of the power, including the ability to sign the offer or not, and to cash or notimes (free document) declaration on honor:

The candidate produces a declaration on his honor to justify that he does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 on markets public; and in particular that it is in accordance with articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of handicapped workers (Form Dc1or equivalent).

Turnover: A statement specifying the last 3 known turnover figures (Dc2 form or equivalent).
