Legal protection of Senators as an employer

The subject of this contract is the taking out of a legal protection insurance contract for Senators in their capacity as employers. employer

The purpose of this contract is to take out a legal protection insurance contract concerning-the senators in their quality of employer

Each candidate will have to produce:

- the letter of candidature (printed Dc1) duly completed and signed, including a valid electronic address to which can be sent all correspondence relative to the present consultation. In case of grouping, the letter of application will be signed by all co-contractors and will designate an agent. Has theCandidates are reminded that a signature copy (or a scan) is devoid of legal value,

- the candidate's declaration (prints Dc2), duly completed,

- the candidates have the possibility, if wish to replace the documents Dc1 and Dc2 by a single electronic European market document (e-dume) pursuant to the provisions of Article 49 of Decree No-2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, including the information on the candidacy required for the present consultation,

- the declaration on the honor, duly dated and signed, provided for by article 48 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, if it does not appear in the Dc1,

- if the candidate is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, justifyingthat it has been authorized to continue its activity during the foreseeable duration of the market, - a copy of the judgment granting the necessary authorizations to the presentation of the operations referred to by the present consultation. In the event of a response by an intermediary, the intermediary must also provide a copy of the current ORIAS certificate (if the intermediary intervenes inbrokerage) or a certificate of professional civil liability insurance and financial guarantee.

Each candidate will produce:

- an appropriate bank declaration or proof of insurance for occupational hazards,

- a declaration concerning the overall turnover and turnover concerning the services covered by the contract for each of the last 3years, if not included in the Dc2,

- a statement indicating the applicant's annual average manpower.

The conditions for the application of the subsequent period and the maintenance of guarantees for former Senators are specified in the particular clauses.
