Legal Advisory Services

The subject of this Procurement Procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of legal services with selected Contractors. With each selected Contractor, each member of the contracting entity's association shall conclude a separate Contract pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of this Part 1.

Main Site: Czech Republic - A Contract shall be concluded for each Part of the Public Contract, on the basis of whichwill provide individual legal services for 6 years. For Part 1 of this Public Contracts, the contracting entities 'association shall conclude contracts with a maximum of 10 Participants, and for Part 2 of this Public Contracts, the contracting entities' associations shall conclude the Contracts also with a maximum of 10 Participants. Act No. 134/2016 Coll., oawarding of public contracts (ZZVZ), in force. First, the contractor submits a request for participation in a given tender, which they submit to the contracting authority within the period specified in point IV.2.2) of this notice, together with documents proving compliance with the qualification through NEN. Subsequently, the suppliers who meet the qualifications and who will undergo the process of reducing the number of participants according to - 111 of the Public Procurement Act, will be invited to submit bidsdocumentation. The number of Entrants that will be invited to submit a Bid will be set by the Submitter to a maximum of 12 (twelve) participants for Part 1 of the T & D, and a maximum of 12 (Twelve) Participants for Part 2 of the TF (in accordance with the Qualification Documentation) will be set out in the invitation to tender referred to in NEN. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to act on the Tenders and forData Communication Public Procurement Based on Preliminary Evaluation of Quotations

Communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, except for negotiated tenders, is exclusively through the National Electronic Instrument (NEN). The Contracting Authority warns that any other form of communication between the Contracting Authority and the Supplier, except for the negotiated bidding procedure, will not be considered. In accordance with - 170 ZZVZ, to cancel the tender procedure.
