The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of services connected, in particular, with the preparation and implementation of the construction of a new plant and commissioning (hereinafter referred to as "NSTC Project").in particular on the provision of services consisting in the administration of procurement procedures under the law, including related expert advice and consultation, respectively.

Pursuant to Section 77 (1), a simple copy of the extract from the Commercial Register or other similar register is required, if other legal regulations require such records to be entered in such register. b) a document issued by the Czech Bar Associationproving the registration of a participant in the relevant list of the Czech Bar Association and thus authorization to provide legal services in the territory of the Czech Republic within the meaning of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, as amended. Supplier submits a certificate of registration in the list of attorneys from the Czech Bar Association and at the same time a solemn declaration that it has no suspended or interrupted lawyer`s activity, that it has not been removed from the list of lawyers and that the Czech Bar Association is not guided against the contractor.
