Delivery of Trimming Strip to the Armed Forces

Declaration Strip for Use of the Armed Forces (FSV) and Emergency Management Agency (BRS) ifm. ringing and labeling of work areas and accidents, etc.

The framework agreement concerns the purchase of marking strip / marking strip / minestrip, which collected benaevn = "Decal strip".

Required single colored rolls, 2 or multicolored rolls and 2 or multicolored rolls with pressure.

The different marking strips must be used by the Armed Forces and Emergency Management Board in connection with the identification of areas in different work situations and tasks. submit the single European tender document (hereinafter ESPD) with a statementsee the following information: - Total tender turnover of the tenderer in the last 3 available financial statements.

The information must be stated in ESPD Section IV.B.

The ESPD serves as a preliminary proof that the tenderer meets the minimum eligibility requirements in relation to economic and financial capacity.

Before the award decision, the tenderer which the contracting entity intends to award the contract to, provide documentation that the information contained in the ESPD is correct.

If the contracting entity so requests, the following financial and financial documentation must be provided:

Declaration of the total turnover of the company in the 3 most recent available financial statements, depending on where the company was established or started its business if the figures for this turnover exist. At a-group of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating undertakings in the association. If the company is based on the economic and financial form of other entities (eg a parent company or a subcontractor), the information must also be provided for these entities.

Does a company base itself on the form of other entities (eg a couragecompany or subcontractor) irrespective of the legal nature of the relations between the company and those others, the company must, in connection with the application, document the resources necessary to fulfill the contract by submitting a statement of support or other evidence that, that the bidder actually lines the necessary economic and financial requirementsin-house form. It must be documented that the entity in question is legally obliged to the tenderer. Otherwise, the contracting entity will not weigh on the form of other entities.

Safely the offer contains more versions (versions) of the same document, the latest uploaded edition will be applicable.

All communication in connection with the procurement procedure, including questions and answers, must be made via the electronic procurement system. Questionnaire must be submitted no later than 30.8.2018. Quite quietOne after this date will be answered, as soon as they have been received, it is time for the contracting entity to obtain the necessary information and to communicate the answers within 6 days before the deadline for the application. Questionnaire received later than 6 days before the deadline is not expected to be answered.

The tenderer must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 (3) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. For a group of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each participating economic operator. if histhe bidder is based on other entities' form, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which it is based. Reference is made to the contractor's guide to the ESPD. The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure if the tenderer is subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act and the grounds for exclusion provided for in procurement laws- 137 (1). 1, No. 2 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palatable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide evidence of the information issued in ESPD pursuant to Section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. - 153.

In relation til point II.2.7) note that the contractual amount is from contract signing.

The contracting entity may use the procedure in section 159 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 5 whose applications or offers do not meet the formal requirements of the tender
