The permanent operation of electrical and electronic remote control equipment is ensured by the continuous supply of energy to be supplied at any moment at the appropriate parameters (voltage, frequency, power, etc.) Obtaining a total autonomy from interruptions-the distribution network is assured at SCB installations with stationary accumulator batteries, provided both in the building of the control station and outside in specially arranged spaces. 1) The bidders, the associated offerors, third parties supportcontractors and subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by filling in-DUAE is to be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the first ranked bidder in the interim ranking made on completion of the bid evaluation. These documents are: (a) certificates of absence of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at-(b) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or of those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as the result from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

(c) as appropriate, documents proving the factthat the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in Art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Law no. 99/2016 on public procurement,

(d) other editorial documents, as the case may be.

The failure of the DUAE calls the rejection of the offer as unacceptable, in accordance with the provisions of art. 143 par. (2) lit. b) of GD no. 394/2016.
