1) The bidders, the associated offerors, third parties supportcontractors and subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by filling in-DUAE is to be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, only by the first ranked bidder in the interim ranking made on completion of the bid evaluation.
