Procurement of large lawnmowers for the Agency for Urban Environment

The Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include communal areas, as well as municipal sports centres, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools, recreational installations, and municipal landscape areas in fields and inner Oslo fjord.

The Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include common areas such as roads and streets, squares, meeting places, parks and recreational areas. The areas of responsibility also include municipal sports centres, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools, recreational installations, and municipal landscape areas in fields and inner Oslo fjord.

The procurement must contribute to meeting the Agency for Urban Environment's need for cutting natural grass at Oslo municipality's sports centres. In order to execute this in a rationally and environmentally friendly manner, the Agency for Urban Environment needs to procure several lawnmowers.

The Agency for Urban Environment would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer for the procurement of one lawnmower, as well as an option for the procurement of a further 2 lawnmowers. The Agency for Urban Environment is to have an option to procure the remaining 2 lawnmowers up until 31.12.2019. Whether the options are taken up or not will depend on the awarded budgets.

Requirement:

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to provide the services resulting from the contract.

Documentation:

— The organisation's Annual Financial Statements for the recent years, with the auditor's report, and recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures,

— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to collect credit evaluations.
