The Offering concerns the provision of laundry services for clothing and linen for the citizens in their own home and citizens at care centers to Sor0 Municipality. The service includes: picking up the dirty laundry, washing, drying, combining and packing clean clothes, and livingCalling the Cleaner to the Citizen.

Supplying Laundry Services to Visited Citizens in Their Own Home.

To ensure the citizen's free choice in the area, Sor0 Municipality wishes to enter into an agreement with 2

Suppliers. that the tenderer is not covered by the mandatory exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 to 3 and 136 (see ESPD section "ExcludeSection A ") The tenderer must also confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the following voluntary exclusion grounds, cf. obligations within the environmental, social or labor law area, cf. section 137 (1), no. 1 of the Public Procurement Act,

2) the tenderer is awarehas been declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings or the like, cf. 1, no. 2;

3) The tenderer in connection with the exercise of his profession may be shown to have committed serious negligence which casts doubt on the tenderer's integrity, cf. 1, no. 3;

4) The tenderer has entered into an agreement for distortion of competition, cf.. section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 4;

5) The tenderer has substantially breached a previous public contract and the breach has resulted in the termination of the contract or similar sanction, cf. 1, no. 5;

6) The bidder has reliably and improperly attempted to influence the contracting authority's decision-making process, has obtained confidential information which may give the bidder uretmaSuch benefits or gross negligence have provided misleading information that may have a significant impact on the exclusion, appraisal, eligibility, selection or contract award decisions referred to in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 6;

7) The tenderer has paid unpaid debt under DKK 100, 000 to public authorities regarding taxes, duties or contributionsg to social security schemes in accordance with Danish legislation or legislation in the country where the tenderer is established, cf. 1 no. 7.

Tenderer must meet the following minimum requirements for financial and financial form, cf. section 142 of the Tender Act:

1) Tenderer must have a solvency ratio (equity / assets total less intangible assets) of at least 15%;
