The product to be used the acquisition is a Nd: YAG high energy laser based on the amplification of a single longitudinal way.

Main Site: IFIN-HH, Str. Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov. In the context of setting up the high-power laser system (HPLS) from ELI-NP and installing the experimental assemblies, the premise of the start of ultra-short laser pulse experiments will soon be realized. For the commissioning of commissioning on 100TW bundles, it is necessary to purchase the system that is the subject of this procedure.the acquisition of this procedure contributes to the realization of ELI-NP experimental assemblies for the high power laser pulse commissioning experiments, making it possible to study the background generated by the nonlinear effects produced by the interaction of the laser beams with the optical components. This study is indispensable to be able to then make the sign detectionof Interests.

By combining two laser beams (with different wavelengths) in vacuum four-wave mixing, it is intended to generate new particles with very small mass. Using one of the HPLS (800 nm) arms together with the Nd: YAG (1 064 nm) laser energy system covered by this procurement procedure, it will be possible to study the background backgroundt of the nonlinear effects produced by the interaction of laser beams with optical components. This study is indispensable to be able to then detect the signals of interest.

The sole bidder / associated offeror / the subcontractor / third party must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, the sole tenderer / associated bidder/ the subcontractor / third party shall complete the DUAE Part "Exclusion Reasons". The bidder ranked first in the intermediate ranking completed at the evaluation of the tenders will present at the request of the contracting authority the following editorial documents proving / confirming the non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 above, both for the single bidder / ofthe joint venture and the adjudicating subcontractor / third party stated in the tender: - the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or those having the power to represent, control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / Cons- Romanian legal persons must submit a certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget, from which the lack of overdue debts at the moment of presenting this certificate will occur, - foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the authoring institutions(fiscal attestation certificates, criminal records, other equivalent documents, etc.) proving that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget in accordance with national law of the country of residence of the sole vendor / associated offeror / subcontractor / third partyhave the country where the sole bidder / associated bidder / subcontractor / third party is established. From the editorial documents submitted there must be a lack of overdue debts at the moment of their presentation,

- certificates / records / editorial documents proving / confirming the non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 167 par. (1), both for the single bidder / associated bidder, (if applicable), - supporting documents demonstrating that the sole tenderer / the associated tenderer, as well as the subcontractor / third party declared in the offer, are in compliance with the provisions of art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions with amendments and co(if applicable), - other editing documents, as the case may be.

The sole tenderer / the tenderer / the subcontractor / the supporting party must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 59-60 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.
