(B20011) Gardening facilities at the Fin-du-Monde stadium in Macolin

As part of the renovation of the Fin-du-Monde stadium in Macolin, the space around the race tracks will also be renovated. The synthetic surface of tracks 1 to 6 and the eastern and western parts, as well as the borders, will be entirely renewed.The foundations of tracks 2 to 5 will be reinforced on this occasion. In front of the sports hall, the slope will be planted with a field of flowers and shrubs. An infiltration channel will be installed at the foot of the slope. The pole vault facility will be relocated. A 7th track will be added to the race track, and the location of the measurement points will be changed. A water pit (steeple) will be built there.along the inside edge of runway 1. In front of the weight room, stands and new plastic covering will see the installation of new outdoor equipment. The east and west zones will be linked by new asphalt roads.

The proofs of qualification listed below must be provided in their entirety and without restriction or modification at the same time as the offer, because otherwise it will not be entered into matter on the latter.

CDQ 1: technical capacity.

CDQ 1.1: company reference relating to the execution, during the last 5 years, of a comparable project withc the mandate to be assigned (in particular from the point of view of the synthetic surface of sports grounds).

CDQ 1.2: proof that the company has sufficient personnel resources for the construction project to be carried out in

CDQ 1.3: proof that the synthetic coating is suitable for the competition in accordance with IAAF requirements (certified).

The certificate of the proposed synthetic coating must be presented at as proof.

CDQ 1.4: proof that the proposed synthetic coating meets the quality requirements in accordance with the product requested(technical specifications).

The technical data sheet of the proposed synthetic covering must be presented as evidence.

Cdq 2: economic and financial capacity. submission of the offer and before the contract is awarded:

- extract from the current prosecution register not more than 3 months old,

- certificates of`valid insurance or document in which the planned insurance company declares its intention to conclude a professional civil liability insurance with the company / association of companies in the event that the latter is awarded the contract. construction costs (CFC): 424 Play and sports places.

Negotiations: are reservedvees. The contracting authority reserves the right in particular to request additional flat-rate or global offers during subsequent negotiations.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance worker protection provisions, conditionss of work and equal pay between men and women.

Other indications:

1) the acquisition is subject to the maturity of the project and the availability of credits;

2) site visit: no site visit n `is provided;

3) no compensation will be paid for drawing up tenders;

4) subsequent contracts: based on art. 13, al. 1, let. h, OMP, the adjudicator reserves the dor to award new similar construction contracts, linked to the basic market referred to in this document, according to the Greece-to-Greece procedure. Closure deadline for the submission of offers / remarks: remarks on the submission of offers. Place of delivery of the offer: according to figure 1.2.

A) for delivery to the reception of the OFCL (by the tenderer himself or by courier): the offer must be submittedat the latest on the closing date indicated above, during the reception opening hours (8: 00-12: 00 and 13: 00-16: 00) against acknowledgment of receipt from the OFCL;

Only offers, accompaniedinformation requested, which will have been fully completed, signed and filed within the deadlines will be taken into consideration.

Offers received after this deadline can no longer be taken into consideration. They will be sent back to the sender.
