19v1098. Planting of plants and works of green spaces in management by the city of Nice, the Metropole Nice Cote d `Azur and the CCAS

The present consultation is launched following the procedure: open invitation to tender - articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-1 of the code of the public order. The purpose of the consultation is:it concerns the planting of plants as well as the execution of works of green spaces on the communal territory.

Main Site: Commune of Nice.

The market is passed in group of orders. Grouping city of Nice - Metropole NCA - communal center of social action Nice. The coordinator of the group is the city of Nice. Framework agreement with purchase orders:

- minimum amount: 85 500, 00 EUR,

- montamaximum: EUR 710, 000.00 in EUR (excl. VAT).

City of Nice:

- minimum amount EUR 75, 000 (excl. VAT),

- maximum amount: EUR 500, 000 (excl. VAT).

Metropole NCA:

- minimum amount: EUR 10, 000 (excl. VAT),

- maximum amount: EUR 200, 000 (excl. VAT).

CCAS:

- minimum amount: EUR 500 (excl. VAT),

- maximum amount: EUR 10, 000 (excl. VAT).

Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months.

Beginning of the contract: upon notification of the contract. Article 5.1.1(a) This contract may be awarded to a single enterprise or a group of enterprises. If the present contract is awarded to a joint consortium, the joint proxy will be solidary of each of the members of the group;
