Studies in the framework of the Vi-A project - Alpine vineyards road Interreg program VA France-Italy 2014-2020

These studies are part of in the overall project, Franco-Italian Interreg Alcotra program. This project is the result of a reflection on the potentialities offered by-the development of wine tourism in the Franco-Italian Alps. The territories of the Metropolitan City of Turin, the Region Valle d'Aosta and the departments of Savoie and Haute-Savoie have wished to consolidate their cooperation around the preservation and enhancement of their vineyards and their wine landscapes, in a perspective of wine tourism developmentterritory.

The Operational Objective is to share cross-border methods and good practices to preserve the typical characteristics of the Savoyard wine-growing landscape in an alpine wine-growing landscape, through the implementation of specific sustainable management actions. and long term the challenge is to propose at the local and cross-borderncretes to guarantee the preservation of the landscape heritage and to initiate new labeling processes for alpine vineyards.
