40 slm to be carried out by means of a company recognized as suitable by the Ministry of Defense pursuant to the current DM regulation 11.5.2015, n 82; said services must be carried out under the conditions set out in the special tender specifications.

- Overall business turnover referred to the last 3 financial years of at least EUR 790 040.00, excluding VAT, fori 2 times the contract fee. For companies that have started the business for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity according to the following formula: (required turnover / 3) x years of activity,

- specific turnover for individual services land reclamation and underwater reclamation of the type referred to in this procedure referring to the last ones3 years equal to at least the tender amount for companies that have started the business for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity according to the following formula: (required turnover / 3) x years of activity.
