Cytogenetic Reagents

Provisional and definitive Deposits indicated in the tender specifications and Document proving the payment of contributions if due pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67 of the Law of 23.12.2005, n. 266 and provided for in article 2 point 1 of Deliberazione num. 1377/2016 for each lot according to the relative import.

Mode of presentation of the offer and of the required documentation: the USL Company uses the IT system for the telematic purchasing procedures (System) accessible from the website http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/ for access the procedure and the tender documentation, pursuant to art. 216, c. 11 Legislative Decree 50/2016 and for the effects of art. 34, c. 35, of the D.L. 18.10.2012, n. 179, the costs relating to publications shall be reimbursed to the contracting authority by the successful tenderer within the 60 days following the award. The notice of competition is not binding for the contracting authority. It will also be awarded in the presence of only one valid and appropriate offer. In case of subcontracting, the consideration will be paid to the successful tenderer. According to andfor the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, it is specified that the data transmitted will be used exclusively for the performance of functions related to the completion and awarding of the tender. In accordance with the art. 26, c. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and s.m.i. it should be noted that this contract does not involve costs deriving from the interference of the workings as indicated in the information for the activitiesmere supplies of materials and equipment attached to the Tender Guidelines.
