Laboratory Reagents Supply, according to the lists of the tender specifications.

Tenderers, third-party suppliers and subcontractors should notfinds in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98/2016. Mode of accomplishment: DUAE completion. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, by the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the bids. These documents p(1) Finding certificates regarding the absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; 2) The judicial record of the economic operator and of the the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power to do so(3) If applicable, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on acquisitions public, art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016; 4) Other edificato documentshas, as the case may be, a Declaration on non-compliance in situations potentially generating conflicts of interest, as defined in Art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 60 of Law 98/2016. Form no. 2 and it will be presented with DUAE.

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a registration form according to the law of the country of residence, to make it clear that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment-as well as the fact that they have the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the object of the contract, respectively they hold:

- Certificate from ONRC or for foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence. Mode of accomplishment: Fill in the DUAE. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by the DUAE are to be presented at the request of thecontracting authority, only by the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation according to art. 193 195 of Public Procurement Act 98/2016.

Concerning the completion of the DUAE, we make the following statement:

An economic operator that participates on its own and does not rely on the capacities of other entities to meet the criteria ofQualification and Selection, will complete one DUAE.

An economic operator that participates on its own but relies on the capacities of one or more other entities (third parties / subcontractors) is responsible for the filing of its own DUAE, as well as and a separate DUAE for each of the entities on which it is based.
