The subject of the contract includes delivery, installation, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of a stationary laboratoryequipment

In addition to delivery, the subject of the contract includesperforming the following activities:

1. delivery of the equipment to the place of delivery specified in this contract;

2. assembly / installation, testing and commissioning (of laboratory fireplaces) of the delivered equipment;

3. training of contracting personnel to work with the supplied equipment (on the fireplaces);

4. warranty service of the delivered equipment (of the laboratoryfireplaces) and delivery of the necessary parts and materials within the warranty period of the rest of the equipment. commissioning and warranty maintenance of laboratory stationary equipment for complex construction of laLaboratory for Design and Production of Polymer Improved Nutraceutical and Cosmetic Formulations "for the needs of the Institute of Polymers - BAS".

A participant who is aware of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignor does not allow the participants to enjoy the opportunity under Art. 55, para. 4 of the PPL. Cannot participate in the node procedurebidding participants, to whom the prohibitions under Art. 3, item 8 of ZIFODRUPDLDS, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of the same law, persons for whom circumstances exist under Art. 69 of the CITAA, as well as:

According to item 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions in granting grants under Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Program "Science and Education for the Intelligent Race"also "a person who:

a) at the date of submission of an offer by the relevant participant in the award procedure, may not participate in the public procurement, the participant in the award procedure is represented by a person of employment or employment relationship in the Managing Authority while occupying the relevant post and 1 year after leaving it;and for the assignment, the participant has a contract of employment or other contract for the performance of management or control functions with a person of employment or legal relationship in the Managing Authority or while occupying the respective position and 1 year after leaving it;

c) at the date of submission of an offer the relevant participant in the award procedure for a person under employment or employment relationship in the Managing Authority, while occupying the relevant position and 1 year after leaving it, he / she should not hold shares or shares of the participant`s capital in the procedure in the implementation of activities under a project co-financed under the Operational Program "Science and Education and Intelligent Growth";

d) at the date of submission of the offer by the respective participant in the award procedure, the participant does not have a consulting contractservices with a person under employment or employment relationship with the Managing Authority while holding the relevant position and 1 year after leaving it.

Except for the grounds under Art. 54, para 1 and art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority shall remove from the procedure:

b) a tenderer who has submitted a tender that does not meet the pre-announced conditions for the performance of the contract;

c) a tenderer who has submitted a tender that does not comply with environmental rules and requirements, social and labor law, applicable collective agreements and / or provisions of international environmental, social and labor law, which are andarmed in Annex 10 of the Public Procurement Act;

d) a participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the PPA or whose offer was not accepted in accordance with Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Law;

The performance guarantee is 3% of the valuethe nature of the contract.

For advance payment of 50 per 100 of the price - guarantee for securing payment in its entirety.

Warranty Guarantee Guarantee - 20 to 100 of the value of the Performance Guarantee.

In sealed opaque packaging, the participant should submit documents and samples: a document listing and information containingand in the tender, documents of the participant`s personal status - EDED in electronic form, documents proving the taken measures of reliability (if applicable), technical and price offer.
